Summary (not legally binding). If you believe something on Jurvo infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent with the details listed in section 2. When we receive a valid notice, we remove the material and tell the person who posted it, who can send a counter-notice. We end the Accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Do not send a notice or counter-notice that you know is false: you can be liable for damages.

This Copyright Policy is part of our Terms of Service. It explains how we respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. §512 (the DMCA). Terms such as Card, Account and Member have the meanings given in the Terms.

2. How to send a copyright notice
Link to this sectionTo be effective under the DMCA, your notice must be in writing, be sent to our designated agent (section 3) and include:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed or, if one notice covers several works, a representative list of them;
- identification of the material that you claim is infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to find it, such as the Card's exact text, its share link and when you saw it;
- information reasonably sufficient for us to contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the way you complain of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Before you send a notice, consider whether the use could be a fair use or otherwise allowed by law. A notice that does not substantially comply with these requirements may not be effective. If your notice identifies the work, the material and how to reach you but is missing other items, we will contact you to help you complete it.
3. Our designated copyright agent
Link to this sectionSend copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:
- Name: PuredLab LLC, Attn: Copyright Agent
- Address: 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States
- Email: [email protected]
- Telephone: +1 (212) 498-9628
Email is the fastest way to reach the agent. Use the subject line "DMCA notice" or "DMCA counter-notice". The telephone line is for legal and copyright matters only; we do not provide support by phone. Send other questions to [email protected].
4. What we do with a valid notice
Link to this sectionWhen we receive a notice that complies with section 2, we act expeditiously to remove the material or disable access to it. We then take reasonable steps to notify the Member who posted it, usually by email to the address on their Account, and send them a copy of the notice so that they can respond.
5. How to send a counter-notice
Link to this sectionIf material you posted was removed or disabled and you believe this happened because of a mistake or a misidentification of the material, you can send a counter-notice to our designated agent (section 3). It must include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and of where it appeared before, for example the Card's text;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or a misidentification of the material; and
- your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent.
6. When removed material is restored
Link to this sectionWhen we receive a valid counter-notice, we promptly send a copy to the person who sent the original notice and tell them that we will restore the material in 10 business days. We restore it no less than 10 and no more than 14 business days after we receive the counter-notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice from the person who sent the original notice that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the Member from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.
7. False notices and counter-notices
Link to this sectionUnder 17 U.S.C. §512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. If you are not sure whether material infringes your copyright, consider asking a lawyer before you send a notice.
8. Repeat infringers
Link to this sectionIn appropriate circumstances, we end the Accounts of Members who repeatedly infringe copyright. In deciding, we consider the number of valid notices we have received about the Account's content that were not successfully countered. We may also remove content or limit an Account's access for infringing other people's intellectual property, whether or not the Account is a repeat infringer.
9. Other intellectual property complaints

Include your contact details, the right you are relying on and who owns it (with any registration number), the content on Jurvo that you are complaining about, and why it infringes.
